I’d like to share an outline of how my photo tours are designed, as I believe it’s important to set clear expectations so that every participant knows what to anticipate.

I offer photo tours, not traditional workshops. When you join, you’re essentially traveling alongside me to explore incredible locations, together with like-minded photographers. While we are in the field, everyone is encouraged to move independently. This allows you the space to express your own creativity and return home with unique images, rather than competing for the same compositions.

Of course, if you enjoy capturing similar scenes, you are always welcome to follow along or even replicate my composition, I’m completely fine with that. However, during the best light, I tend to stay focused on exploring and refining my own perspectives. Spending extended time guiding step-by-step in those moments would take away from that process and from the very work that likely inspired you to join in the first place.

If you are looking for a highly structured workshop experience, where photographers line up to capture the exact same shot, then this tour may not be the right fit for you. While such moments can occasionally occur, they are not the core approach of my tours. In fact, most of my guests specifically value an experience that encourages individual creativity and avoids that dynamic.

That said, if you’re seeking feedback and guidance, you won’t be disappointed. I always make time in between shoots to review your images and provide thoughtful, in-depth feedback. I’m also happy to share my own work for inspiration, and before we head to a location, I can give you an idea of the types of images you can create there.

What you can expect is that I will guide you to exceptional locations at the best possible times.

Lastly, I aim to keep my tours relatively affordable. This is partly because I’m able to offer you a memorable photography adventure while also continuing to build and expand my own portfolio.
